Cooling fan wont turn on

Ac wasn't blowing cold air. Found out the cooling
fan wasn't running when the ac was on. Temp was
getting way too hot. Replaced the fan. Problem
solved. Fan ran and ac was cold for two weeks.
Now the cooling fans not running again. Ac isnt
cold and my temp gauge spikes up again. Same
problem as before. AnY suggestions?

Can you have the fan motor ohmed out to see if its shorted out or "open"? If there is a loose wire anywhere in the cicuit..at the fan, the switch, terminal block, loose fuse at the fuse block, pinched wire, etc. The voltage to the motor will be decreased. If there is less volts at the motor, the amp draw will be higher. Less volts=more amps. If the motor is drawing higher than the rated amps ( on the motor tag) it will burn out in a short time.
Turns out it was a just a bad fuse. Replaced it and everything works great. Thanks!
Yeah what fuse we need to know
It is fuse #6 (40 Amp purple/green square one in the center right) I'm in the same situation. I swapped the thermostat and housing before realizing the fuse was blown. Replace the fuse but it blew again. The fan wasn't in the best shape so I replaced that too. Now it runs without blowing it but only when the AC is on. There is a coolant temp sensor on the bottom passenger side of the radiator that I have read is the one that signals the fan when to turn on. If replacing that doesn't fix it, it might be going to the shop :/ Any other suggestions would be awesome

I need help. Car overheats every time I drive a little while my 2013 Chevy Cruz. I have had both the sensor in the thermostat changed. And it’s still overheating and less I have the heat on full blast in the AC. Please help
