1997 dakota

I have a 97 dakota that wont idle unless i pull the
little vacuum nipple off the intake. Replaced fuel
pump, iac valve, tps sensor, map sensor, crank
sensor and cleaned the valve body.. HELP!  The
truck is in great shape and would love to get the
issue fixed. Its the 5.2 litre engine.

Dumb suggestion, so don't shoot me, but you DID change the fuel filter, right?
