I have a 2013 chrysler 300 3.6L, when I turn it sounds like I need power steering fluid but I can't find the reservoir can you tell me where it is located and how to get to it.

Bad power steering pump or rack pinion.

it is located to the left side follow belt down you will find the pump resievor.

The power steering pump and attached resevoir on the 2012-2013 chryrler 300 3.6L, is located directly behind the right fog light housing on the front end bumper. Its accessible from just in front of the right wheel well and underneath the car.
TRUE ANSWER, because i own a 2012 300 3.6L and had to replace the power steering pump due to a broken resevoir, which is VERY COMMON on this vehicle.
Do I have to take the tire off to get to it

Mradonis561 got it right! You have to remove the front rt tire and fender well shroud... You'll see a foam cover over the reservoir, pull it off and the reservoir and electric steering pump is right there! Remove cap, add fluid and re-install cover, tire well & tire. Good to go!
I JUST left a country ‘filling’ station. Reservoir is on passenger side, take front wheel off, remove shroud clips. Pump was up to the left, near backside of light. Removed cap, no measurement stick, just fill to top. CANNOT see into reservoir. WHAT A DESIGN!?
