My Ac stop working. What wrong?

We added Can of freon and nothing change. What's wrong

Adding R134a gas without a gauge is not a good idea. First. get a gauge, an check against this. This chart is Toyota-specific, and note the importance of ambient temperature.

That will size up to see. Now, go to this thread and study every post. But even before that, does the green light come on on the button when you turn on A/C? If you can answer the same questions that are here, we can probably get to a fix. A 2013 is far too soon to have the A/C fail. http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-t18044_ds658544#msg447724

Its a loose connection under the dash. It seems to be separate from the control head. I tried hitting gently, yet firmly above the glove box..this works everytime the ac will not respond to control head input.
