Im buying a Dodge Charger Rt v8 engine and it’s
used 2013 model it has 151,000 miles.  But is it
worth 7500? Is it sketchy? To good to be true?
Are they safe cars?

Most of these were driven hard so your probably buying a money pit. Best advice is stay away from anything related to Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep.
