I have a 72 monte carlo. When I turn on the wipers the winshield washer pump starts and does not stop spraying. I unplugged the 2 wire clip from the pump but continues to spray. Any answers?

I have a 2005 Monte Carlo. Before I turn off my car I turn off the blower (air/heat) before I exit my car. The other day when I got in my car the blower was going full blast and nobody uses my car but me. After I shut my car off and removed the key the blower continued to run and now my battery is dead.
