Blinkers/Hazards

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When i turn on my blinkers or hazards the lights
stay on solid. There is no blinking. I have tried the
flasher, fuse, switch, and relay

Looking at the wiring diagram for the 2002 model (it should be the same from what i understand) I would say to check the input wires left,right to make sure there not shorted to ground im pretty sure both at the same time would cause issues and then the hazards to make sure it is being pulled to ground and there isnt a stray voltage on it unless its on. Then i would check the left and right signals for being shorted to voltage from the instrument cluster or the trailer wiring. if everything checks out my best guess without testing for myself would be the combination flasher assembly, when you say tried im not sure if you mean you replaced it or just unplugged it. Here is the diagram.
