I have a 98 durango 5.9 it wont srart when its cold but when temp gets above 40c it starts no problem. Not a cranking problem but a fuel or spark problem. Can an o2 sensor cause this problem?

Sounds like your fuel pressure regulator is losing pressure over night. How old is your battery? If it's older than five years, you should replace it. Tomorrow morning, when you start it, instead of just jumping in and turning the key, turn the key to the ON position and leave it there for 20 seconds or so. Then turn the key to fully start the truck. See if that will build some pressure and fire up better.
It has a new batt. And i tested fuel presure just with the key in the on position it was 50psi. I dont know if it has presure when cranking..
Well you can always try the old spray bottle trick. In the dark spray down your plug wires, coil, or coil packs and see if it's starts to arc. When you did the pressure test, did you leave it hooked up for a few mins to see if it lost pressure? You may have pressure out of the gate, but wait a minute and see if it crashes. The only other easy fix would be to change out your Ambient Air sensor. It's like a $10 part.
If you are low on fuel you can get moisture in the gas in low temp or if the fuel in the tank is old you might need to replace it.
