Take a bar of soap and touch it to the edge of your belts with the engine running. Let the belt chew into the soap a little bit. If the squeak suddenly disappears, you know it's just a noisy belt.

Could be a time for a new serpentine belt and tensioner, try to isolate the sound it might also come from the extra wheel in the middle then you need to replace that.
