when brakes applied at 60mph the front starts vibrating

Either the front brake rotors are warped, and getting time for front brake job, or worn front end parts. Needless to say, its time to get it in for maintenance.

4 years old, did you have a set of wheels/rims/tires put on or the others rotated, if so they over torqued them warping the rotors.
