Turck turning over but wont start

My truck will turn over but will not start...any
guesses..its a v8

Ok so check plugs and wires? I live on a bumpy road..pulled up at home fine on friday and didnt drive it all weekend ...went to head to work this morning and it jus turns over...i will check that first. Thanks

Cam sensor failed.But it's called a ignition pick-up coil for that year.
