My 1999 Stratus keeps blowing fuses

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My1999 Stratus (186000 miles and still running strong!) keeps blowing the fuse that controls the radio,  digital clock, power door locks and interior dome light.  I also notice a burnt smell when this happens.  I suspect a short in the radio or possibly a wiring harness issue.  Where exactly is this fuse (can't seem to find it in the fuse box) and what could be the problem?

Take a 5 gallon container of gas, and a good Bic lighter ........ I think you know where I am going from here
