how can i change my 2013 passats headlights to a brighter one??

headlighting is very bad, my only knock on my 2 passats(2013)

http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?5893563-My-2013-Passat-Headlights-UCK!-Do-yours Some folks are adjusting the lowbeams higher...some are replacing the bulbs...some folks are even reprogramming the voltage controlled to the headlights. I suggest trying the least invasive procedure first and then working your way to reprogramming.
