Car died while driving now it won't start

I was driving at about 65mph when I lost all pedal
and when I pulled off the road it died, and now
won't restart. Turns over fine just won't start

Scan for codes even if the light ain't on , If you get it started check for 14+ volts at battery , check for 12.5 at battery at rest ( static ) and good batt terminal connections

It died before you stopped, or after you stopped? First, check to make sure the timing belt is okay before you do anything. Big difference in diagnostics/possible answers.
