I need to upload a pic of my vehivle to sell but my tablet doesn't have enough memory are there any other options??

Go to the library and use their computers. Delete some of that old clutter and free up some memory. Borrow a friend's/family member's computer or phone.
Sometimes you can email it to yourself and then save it. Or try sharing it from downloads instead of attaching it. Or if you save the pix to a cloud storage then you can get it from a friend's computer or go to the public library (yes they still exist). They have computers you may use for free.
