Guru5KPFM....yes it will work providing the tone ring for the crank sensor is the 32 tooth . A quick way to locate one is to look at the PCM under the hood...if it is a 4 plug then it is 32 tooth. The 3 plug PCM's are all 16 tooth.

I would like to see if I took a4.7 v8 out of a 07 dodge Durango and put it in my 03 Dodge Durango the 03 has a4.7 v8
