i have a 1999 dodge durango an when i had the check eng light checked they told me that emissions was below threshold what does that mean?

It would be best to get the codes. You can get them your self in your truck by putting the ignition key in the ignition and turn it quickly on and of three times leafing it on on position with out starting it. The codes will then appear in the dash where the odometer is. I would guess that they are talking about the emission system that your truck has. I t gathers the fumes from the gas tank and sends them to a coil box. The hoses from the tank to the coil box are known to rot and need to be changed out. I bought fuel hoses to fix this on my truck and it has not been an issue for 6 years now.
