Typical Chrysler dealer, they only want the high tech late models in the shop. Check your area for a good independent shop, you might find one that even specializes in Chrysler products. The only other place would be a "smart locksmith" they have the equipment to reprogram the security system. Now you might need new chip keys and they can do that also.
