Why does my 1999 v8 5.9L dodge durango cut off when I have it in gear

I have changed the motor and transmission from a 5.7 to a
5.9 since the change I have had a problem with it shutting
off when put in gear will idle just fine. I have tried
everything anyone know how to fix this problem or what's
causing it.

fuel rail pressure sensor is not reading accurately or has gone bad. Not fuel tank ,fuel rail
