99Durango won't start

My battery on my 99 Durango is fully charged but no dash board lights go on.with the key in the ignition or the ding when the door is open. What else can be the problem why my Durango will not start. It did rain last night and the starter is under the truck do you think it's possible that it got wet and got damaged

Did you install the starter carefully like the instructions say, there's a terminal you have to hold when tighting the wire down or it will break inside the solenoid. Check your fuses first for any blown fuses
