preaty much every audi has a sunroof so its more or less a standard option.

I think you can get a Q4 without the skin cancer hole in the row. With the A4 it is at least modestly sized and does not turn the car into a green house.

Real smart: drive around with a giant glass roof to your car. Also, in California, turns it into a greenhouse. Also now standard, touch screens, which look like crap with their greasy finger smudges.
