where is the fuel filter for a 1999 dodge dakota 4/4

in the fuel tank attached to the fuel pump. they are replaced as an assembly. it also has fuel gauge sending unit.

When replacing a fuel pump do I also need to replace the fuel pump also?

No sorry, do I need to replace the fuel filter if my fuel pump is bad and Visa versa
