help !!!!!!!

1999 Dodge Dakota
1999 dodge dakota, sometimes idles at 2 to 3000 rpm. sometimes normal... changed
twice iac... showed bad. vacuum canister... showed bad.... changed tps did not show bad,
no change still does it...  no vacuum leaks...

Check egr.all vacuum hoses and intake for cracks.
