Oil pressure gage

Question type: General

My gage goes below the 40 when idle and when I
give it gas it goes to 40 or a little above. 61000
miles odometer.

Is this something that I need to be worried about, something that I need to have corrected immediately?

No,just keep a eye on it.The best peace of mind is have the oil pressure tested.
