2013 chrysler town and country left cylinder head

i took my car for a tune up and they told me my left cylinder head needs to be
replaced. they said for labor by itself would be $2,500 and the part $795. as per
Chrysler they said that they do not cover it for my car but i have found stories
that it should be covered. what should i do

Sounds like someone stripped out a sparkplug thread while doing that tune up. Ed's right, ask WHY.
