Buyback Lemon in TN, any recourse?

Asked by Jeepfan5 Sep 27, 2019 at 04:58 PM about the 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4WD

Question type: General

Hello, exactly one week ago my husband
bought a 2013 Jeep Rubicon for 28k in TN.
Today the bank we are financing through
called us and said that the title is branded as
being a lemon, and it had been auctioned
twice. The dealership didn’t disclose this. As it
has only been a week, do we have any
recourse? Also, is there any way we can find
out the real value of this car as a lemon as
opposed to what we paid? As of right now we
have no idea why it’s been branded a lemon
and it runs fine. We called Chrysler in Detroit
and they have no record of this vehicle being
a lemon, so we don’t know exactly what’s
going on yet. Thanks for any input.
