Can someone give me any advice?

I had the brakes and rotors changed yesterday I've
already replaced the battery and alternator and today
it won't crank lights work makes a clicking noise

Sounds like a connection either in the ignition or maybe bad battery cables make sure your grounds are tight

starter relay may be week. Low charge on battery . bad ground from the battery ground to the engine block that is the ground for the starter.
