I have an opportunity to obtain leather sets out of a 2011 equinox an want to
install in my 2013 equinox.  My question is the 2011 has heated seats mine
does not, can I install the 2011 in my 2013?

Yes, you can install the seats. If you want the heat to work, you will have to buy and install an aftermarket seat heater kit. Do keep in mind that there is a *possibility* that the 2013 seats may not bolt perfectly to your 2011 seat bolt holes. You can do a little research online to find out if they are compatible beforehand...or just deal with it during the replacement. It's easy enough to adjust for this, but it might require additional brackets or some drilling.
