Z31 running rough

1985 Nissan 300zx (Z31 N/A) engine is bogging
down. It’s an occasional occurrence. Sometimes it
does it sometimes it doesn’t. When it does it the
car shakes and jerks as if it’s going to cut off but if
I let off the accelerator a little and gradually
accelerate it stops. Even in 5th gear it will jerk then
it will stop. Just noticed a slight hissing noise
under hood. Looking for answers for a possible
solution.
