I had my passenger side window also not want to go up on my wifes 2013 Chrysler 200 S. I had already ruled out anything mechanical being in a bind. The regulator appeared to be fine. When I got home, I checked and had proper voltage to the motor for both directions (up and down). Bought a new motor the next morning and still had the same problem. The electrical signal was lost from the pigtail to the motor. Upon closer examination, I found that the tiny blade terminals on the motor were approximately 1mm in width while the female terminals on the pigtail that go to the motor were 2+ mm. This appeared to create an air gap and a poor to non- existent electrical connection. I used a small screwdriver to close the gap on the female connectors on the motor pigtail and the problem was fixed. I seemed that the tiny blade connectors had worked themselves slightly open over time, not sure how. I also mentioned this to a co-worker who had this same problem on a Dodge Avenger and he was able to fix his vehicle as well after 10 months or so of not being able to use one of his windows. Hope this is of some help.

I have a temporary solution until you trace the problem. I had the same problem couldnt raise my passenger window up. So i used a seprate source of energy from a seperate car battery and 2 wires. One for the positive and one for the negative. Unplug the pig tail harness from the motor. Then touch 1 male flat pin with the positive wire and the other flat pin wire with the negative. This will reverse the motor raising the window. Ive used this method on GM vehicles as well.

Thanks everyone for the input. Same passenger side problem on my 2014 200. I raised the window by hot wiring to a battery, I went ahead and replaced the switch, RockAuto, 20 bucks delivered, same problem. Power to the pig tail, motor good, I can raise and lower all day long with separate power source. I'll post fix when I figure this out.

Neither the main switch ( driver side ) nor the actual passenger switch make the window go up , it only goes down , i am thinking it is not a switch problem since it is on both switches
