try finding some sound clips on youtube. everybodys taste in sound is different so only you can decide that. as far as horsepower goes....you wont see any real gain unless you do the entire system (header, high flow cats, and catback). and jsut a suggestion...dont buy the system that you really want because of the price. save for what you really want and do it right the first time. otherwise you will never truly be happy.

Thanks for the input man. Problem is, most of the videos are with multiple modifications. Hard to get a true sense for what it sounds like. You are right on price and power pickup tho. I am looking for a cat back that is the least restrictive so that when I decide to do headers and delete the cat, the cat back doesn't hinder the setup

It's true it's hard to find a car with just a catback on YouTube. I typically just try to listen to the tone as that will stay the same. The loudness is typically all that will change depending on what else is added. And as far as a hindering catback goes...just keep an eye on exhaust size and muffler design. Any 2.5" straight through muffler catback system is going to be nearly identical restriction wise.

JDL Auto Design will be your best overall. More expensive, but you get what you pay for. I have the JDL Auto Design UEL headers. Stuff looks like artwork and it is LIGHT.... However, from what I have heard doing an axle back system on these cars will give almost identical results to a cat back system because the resonator has very little affect on back pressure.
