Rattle behind the dash not the AC seems to
guit when  you idle the car up.

without knowing the exact location and hearing it in person, I couldn't tell you. You might have to crawl under the dash and or remove the dash to find it. Lots of plastic on car today to rattle. Maybe you can just turn up the volume on the radio?
