seat heater did not work

I saw a deal in CarCurus and then bought a used RAV4 LImited in 3 weeks ago
from Audi Dealer,Peabody, MA.  but now I realized the seat heater( the front
passager seat) did not work, I talked with dealer and they claimed it is not
relative to safety and rejected to repair that for me. Should the dealer take care
of that or I need to repair that issue?

Seat heater is NOT relevant to safety.... as Tom suggested, read your paperwork and it should spell out if this is a covered repair or it is on you. Always check everything to see if it is working before signing on the dotted line on any used vehicle.
