Won't go into reverse

Got stuck in the snow and someone pulled me out
and pretty sure I'm stuck in 4x4 but I also can not
reverse. I can put it into drive fine but reverse there
is nothing. If I step on the gas long enough it will
slowly go backwards but drove through a big snow
storm as well so wondering if there is something
frozen underneath. Just had a tranny flush and oil
change a few weeks ago. Was told my differential
was a little low but they topped it back up and
couldn't find any leaks. Please if someone knows
anything the help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a similar issue my reverse wont go thru but they told me by changing the solenoid pack that would fix the issue.

    My Durango 2001 go perfectly in reverse, how ever sometimes it does move forward a little bit, I drove it backwards n hit a light pole, and all sudden it went forward until I turn off truck, wtf
