Can I drive my awd Durango with front driveshaft out (part on order) and just use my emergency brake for parking ?

It depends on what transfer case you have, you can just take the drive shaft out and see if your truck will move when you drive it. If it wont move it is not possible cause of your t-case but if it will move it is ok you wont damage any thing.
