2001 dodge Dakota fan only works on high

reduced amperage can cause this....battery will stop taking a charge after 5-7 years~ thermal cycling can create "gaps" not allowing full amperage thru,,,simply Test the amperage, if none, there is a bad switch~

All components are new , What do you want us to do from our living room ? Do you have a multi tester to figure it out ? Is the wiring correct ?

It sounds like you covered all the bases. But some vehicles have more than one fuse for the blower motor. So be sure you check every fuse. Also, at the resistor block, use a 12 volt test light and be sure you have power there. As you change the fan switch positions you should have power at each of the wires, individually, as you change the position of the switch. Since the blower motor does work we, obviously, know the motor itself is good and it's properly grounded. If you have automatic climate control the problem could be in one of the modules for the system. Hope that helps! Jim
