radio does not come on in my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. All fuses check and are good

I have 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ. The radio, display panel will not come on.  
Checked all the fuses and they are good.  What else could it be?

Same problem for me. Removing and replacing the radio is relatively easy and cheap. I found a radio on Ebay with a 199 day warranty for $72 and I will be installing it this week. I found a dealership that will program it for $45. Hopefully it will work. Make sure you replace it with the same part number. Your radio could be one of 3. Attached is a photo of mine.
