Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello I just purchased a CAI in for my  2013 Dodge Dart however I was
recently contacted for a recall for my car regarding the TCM bracket.
However I need to wait for the part for the TCM bracket to come in in order
to do the recall. I want to know if i install my CAI could the dealer tell me
that they are not covering me for the recall that was issued for my car?
This may be a stupid question but better safe than sorry! Thanks!

If I was in your position I would wait. They may consider it 'tampering' and not honor the recall

As long as the CAI doesn't interfere with the TCM bracket, you should be fine.
