What could possibly be wrong with my van , when I turn the van on sometimes it starts great other times it hesitates and sounds like it wants to die while turning it on its not the battery the battery is good ???? , no check engine or nothing is on , no leaks nothing .. just very curious on what the problem could be also sometimes the brakes get stiff ..

first put a new fuel filter in it !
