Why does my cruise control come on and go off by itself? It started off slow, happening every now and again. But now as soon as I start the car it happens and makes my car stutter sometimes killing it

I don't think the fuse could be causing that. But if there is a short circuit, for a quick and dirty fix, look if you have a fuse that ONLY controls the cruise control and remove it. If not, you can try unplugging the cruise control module and see what happens.

Try replacing brake light switch. Mine quit working under warranty took dealer over a month to diagnose. Have had to replace the brake light switch twice since then.
