Ford Explorer keyless entry

Went to unlock w fob and nothing! Changed
battery and still nothing had to use key w in the fib
to open door tried to start it and key not detected
idk what to do!?

do your lights come on when you open the door if not it may not be the key fob it could be the car battery itself. hope that helps and don't mean to make you sound like an idiot just some times the little things get over looked or just not realized.
