My 2013 ford explorer struggles to start after fueling
doesn't  matter if i fill it up half way or full. Seems like the
car losses prime after 4 to 10 hours and struggles  to start

The basics with problems starting after a fill-up, problems with evap system. After it sits for few hrs, cycle the key on and off several times before you crank it, if it helps, I suspect the fuel system. Every time you cycle the key, it primes the fuel system. Just my opinion.
