Blower motor won't turn off

Blower stays on with power
button turned off no speed
control just runs on high
power off or on

you may have more than one problem here, first check the blower relay may be stuck closed, than check the switch to make sure it is switching speed control, then the blower control module, remember computers control everything these days so it could even be the BCM.
