2013 ford explorer coolant leak

can I add FIBERLOCK right into the coolant reservoir to see if this would solve
the problem first?

I would not recommend using any type of stop-leak inside the engine. The lines inside the radiator are very small. You run the risk of blocking lines inside the radiator.
