I didn't see a block to expound upon the initial question, so I'm putting additional info here. I'm in Virginia and Im trying to troubleshoot this for my wife who is in Colorado, so I don't have any visuals. All I have is what she tells me. I don't know where the circuit breakers are located for her car, so I don't know if that is the issue. Front wipers work fine. Rear wiper fluid still sprays. I think it's either a circuit breaker or the wiper motor. Nothing is tangled in the wiper arm. Any assistance is appreciated.

I have the same issue except the wiper made one swipe after turning on the engine and then nothing except spray. I checked both fuses (#19 and 43) in the driver position fuse block and both were good. My wife told me the wiper eaan’t Working so why did it make the one swipe if it was the motor? Still haven’t found the problem.
