Card in spokes sound coming from back driver tire

2013 Ford Edge 92,000 miles Recently changed the brakes
and rotors on the vehicle, started out sounding like a hard
break sounds, now it sounds like there's a card stuck in
spokes when driving over 20 MPH. Took time back off and
cant find what is causing the noise any suggestion?

check the tire for a nail or stone. Sometimes the brake shield will contact the rotor.
