Transmission Stuck

My transmission is stuck in neutral, and my shifter
is stuck in park. Everything else works perfectly
fine. The car will start, it breaks, the lights work. As
of right now its sitting with the e break on so it
dosnt slide. What could be the problem?

How do u figure it's in nutural. Is the cable broken or damage. It should be in park if the shifter is in park, unless the cable is off and u moved the range selector manually
