How do I properly sanitize all my buttons and stuff
in my vehicle without damaging any of the plastic
I've been using face wipes I read somewhere online
that face wipes contain a type of disinfectant but it
is leaving these streaky marks on the silver plastic
and other plastic areas of my interior. So what else
could i do to properly kill germs but not my interior?

I doubt face wipes will be effective. Alcohol or a weak bleach solution. You should first try them in a place that does not show. Does the streaking polish off or is it permanent?
