Why is my car overheating?

Why will the car be overheating? I have
change the radiator the water pump, the
reservoir and the thermostat and it still
overheats

Depending on the symptoms we could have given you the first steps but you went and spent a bunch of money and it didn't help so you're probably left with a blown head gasket . Now you have to decide if that 10 year old car is worth even more money

At that point, you just need to proceed with further diagnostic just as a mechanic would do. Purge the system of any remaining air. Turn on the AC as this will by default turn on all the fans. Check spark plugs for fouling due to coolant in the cylinders. Etc, etc, etc..... If you don't have the skills to do all this, have a mechanic review the car before you cause further damage.

A 10 year old Ford Fusion is most likely a blown headgasket. You can get a DIY kit from a parts store or have your favorite shop do the test.

the fins are worn off the water pump, examine for leaking from the weep hole~ perhaps a "flow-test" will shed some light on the subject~
