Brake light comes on at different times on2002 Dodge Durango

If the delay is somewhere around 1 second between either side....the slower side connection is not very good. Check it for corrosion, clean up the contacts and check the wires for kinks or damage.

Which brake light(s)? If all of them it could just be the switch at the pedal needing adjustment.
